Where is my package? After placing your order, it takes an average of 1-2 business days to process your order and 4-6 business days for your order to be delivered, provided you ordered before 17:00. If this time has passed, please contact our customer service.
Where can I find my tracking number? Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number. Also, check your spam folder, as sometimes our emails end up there. Please note that it may take some time for the tracking link to become active.
How can I track my order? You can track your order with the tracking number you received via email. Enter the tracking number on our tracking page to see the status of your delivery.
